My sister and I had reservations for Saturday evening (pre-show dinner). When making reservations, there is an option to pre order paella so that you will not have to wait 45-60 minutes as noted on the menu. I did this. Since the paella was good for two, we did not order anything else when we got there. I am not sure, but I think they said that the pre-ordered paella is prepared so that it is ready to be served about 30 minutes from the reservation time. The paella Valencia was delicious and flavorful, but a bit oily/greasy. When I pointed this out, I was told it was because of the chorizo. We ordered the cheesecake for dessert and it was good. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, they gave us free churros which was a nice touch. Our server was nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. He checked on us regularly. Al fresco area had an entertainer playing music. I requested to be seated away from noise so we were sat in the main dining area and we were able to enjoy a quiet dinner. Price is reasonable. I plan to return and try a different paella.

Made reservations ahead of our Mother/Daughter Vegas trip and paid ahead for the Velenciana paella. We were seated upon arrival and the waiter confirmed the paella was almost ready and suggested the charcuterie. Wonderful service! We chose the stuffed dates, pan manchengo, ceviche, churo with warm chocolate, and of course the paella. The stand out - head and shoulders above the rest - the pan manchengo! My daughter and I are going back for that dish and take the server's suggestion and get the charcuterie. So simple, but so perfect - just a flavor bomb. The dates were chosen because of rave reviews on Yelp and YouTube but the texture of the goat cheese was pastey. The chips with the ceviche was unique but the ceviche was average. I am disappointed in the paella. Where were the crispy rice bits? There was an overpowering flavor of smoked paprika maybe? Definitely had to squeeze the lemon on it to lift the flavor. For the price, it was not even close being worth the price. I hope it was just an off night. But the service and the Pan Manchengo leveled it up to 4 stars.

Great food, great service.! The staff is very friendly. Best bite of the night was the filet mignon! Super tender meat on top of delicious creamy potatoes, glazed with a lightly sweet sauce!! YUMMM. Is a cool place to visit with a nice atmosphere, definitely worth trying.

This was an authentic Spanish culinary experience in the heart of Las Vegas. Having lived in Spain, I can attest to the quality of the paella and the tortilla we ate. The seven of us shared (2) paella, a couple of tortillas, and an order of croquettes. We shared the squid ink paella and the mixto. We enjoyed the mixto the best, but both were fantastic! We were treated with warm churros with a warm chocolate sauce for dessert. Yum.

Came for a quick stop at the bar for some drinks in between gambling sessions and it was so satisfying! The cocktails are so picture perfect, unique, and delicious! The Aqua de Serrano is by far the #1 drink they have, the habanero simple syrup had the right amount of sweet to spice ratio. I'm usually not the biggest fan of "spicy" drinks because I always feel that no one could ever get that perfect ratio, but Julian Serrano has it right on par! Service was also quick and friendly so it was a great way to recharge our energy.

It's a solid option on the strip. The tapas were generally tasty. The service was attentive - the server noted our group size and brought us the exact pieces of our tapas. My favorites were the scallops, chorizo, and pan tomate.

Backstory: the Aria Mexican restaurant is packed, you will never eat at Cathedrale again (or for a while) and you're still pissed at CATCH for the horrible holiday experience to which no one reached out. Perhaps the most underrated and under reviewed restaurants is Julian Serrano Tapas. And I must say, it is one of the best restaurants have dined at in a long time. 1.) Ambience is a cross between modern neo deco and country side music. The tables are clean and everything is elegant. The spacing between the tables is well planned and thought out. 2.) The Service! Was amazing. My server Ernest, is really what gives this restaurant experience a 5 star over a 4 star review. He was kind, full of great recommendations, and assisted with unshelling some lobster(because I'm traumatized by being poked by a lobster) lol. The service is quite delightful. The hostesses could smile more and look more happy to be at work, but that's just being picky. The Food Is Amazing!!!! 1.) Must have is the Mushroom Soup. It is the most flavorful and non creamy version I have ever encountered! It has just enough cream to lighten for body but not like make the soup white. 2.) The Bombas- Just delicious, perfect pillowing balls of potatoes whipped to a light mash with and an intricate cream Manchego cream mixture, served in a pool of tomato sauce 3.) The Huevos Estrellados- Perfect Eggs, on Chorizo and fries. I chose to put the eggs and chorizo on the Bombas, 4.) The Albondigas- Honestly? Was better than any Italian Meatball. Soft meaty but not too meaty. 5.) The mixta Paella- Oh Dear Lord, bring a friend and eat this. That's all I have to say. Eat it. 6.) Crème Brûlée- was well executed! Vanilla beans. Perfect brûlée shell. It was definitely better than average. I would say that there is nothing on the menu I would not order again. This place was Amazing and should be given more credit. Next time , imma get me the suckling pig.
